Appointment Policy

Your appointment is reserved for you, and once the appointment is confirmed, our staff are prepared and ready to attend to your dental needs for that scheduled time. However, with strict adherence to Covid protocols your appointment must be confirmed via a phone conversation with our staff. Failure to confirm your scheduled appointment 24 hours in advance will result in the appointment being automatically cancelled. Patients must contact the office themselves to rebook another appointment.

Please note any missed confirmed appointments will be charged a missed appointment fee of $80.00 as per the NSDA suggested fee guide for Dentists. Given the high demand for dental appointments at this time we encourage patients to make every effort to attend any scheduled appointments to avoid delays in dental care.

What to Expect

First Appointment

All new patients will be booked for an initial examination to provide a thorough dental assessment of your oral health and future treatment needs. We ask all new patients to come at least 10 minutes early to fill out all necessary paperwork and provide insurance information prior to their appointment.

For convenience we have provided the links below for our health questionnaire which you may print off, complete and bring with you to your appointment or complete digitally and submit to our office directly from this website:

Financial Policy

Our practice provides the complementary service of accepting dental assignment. Meaning we will direct bill your insurance company if the plan permits. Our front desk staff can help explain the process of claims and assist in the billing. However, it is the patients responsibility to be fully aware of what their plan covers. It is important to note that your dental plan is not intended to meet all of your dental health needs. Your dentist may suggest necessary care that isn’t covered. Your dentist treats your dental health not your dental plan. We expect patient payment at the time of treatment and offer a variety of payment options:
